How do I manage my subscription? Subscriptions are managed through Apple. Open Settings on your device, tap your name, then Subscriptions. You can change or cancel your plan there.
How do I delete my account? You can delete your account from within any of the apps. This permanently removes all trip data, preferences, and account information from our servers.
Audio isn't playing while I drive. Make sure Location is set to "While Using the App" in your device settings. The audio tour uses your location to trigger stories as you approach each stop.
Can I use the apps offline? Guidebook content and downloaded audio are available offline. Features that require live data — weather, the tour guide, trip creation — need a connection.
